On his weekly web TV programme, Talking With Tatchell, Peter Tatchell interviews the Dr Hadwen Trust’s Science Director Dr Gill Langley. The thirty minute programme explores the scientific deficiencies of using animals in medical research and the human health and animal welfare benefits of non-animal replacements. Talking With Tatchell is part of www.18doughtystreet.com, a site dedicated to producing and broadcasting news programmes, blogs and short clips to highlight topical stories on a range of issues that it feels are all too often ignored or misrepresented by the mainstream media. 18 Doughty Street was launched in October 2006 and produces live output from 7pm – midnight, five days a week. Talking with Tatchell is broadcast every Friday night at 8.30pm.
